Returns & Exchanges

Please choose your size carefully, as each BYAS piece comes with unique sizing details.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please email us at byasthelabel@gmail.com. Exchanges are accepted only if the following conditions are met:
• Items must be in original condition.
• All packaging must be included.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Original tags must be attached.
• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send the exchange item (please note: exchanges are limited to sizing only — no color or style swaps).

We strongly recommend checking your items carefully upon delivery before removing any tags. To start an exchange, email us at byasthelabel@gmail.com with your reason, and we will provide further instructions. Any return sent more than 3 days after approval will not be accepted.

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please notify us within 3 days and provide an unboxing video as proof. We will replace the item at no charge and cover the return shipping.

Please note: all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend keeping your tracking details, as BYAS is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage during return transit.
